Residency Partnerships

Thank you for partnering with 4CMI to provide students a hands-on lab setting that provides real-life ministry experience, focused mentoring, and opportunities to experience how ministry theory is effectively worked out in day-to-day practice.

The 4CMI residency program is designed to produce specific outcomes so we carefully manage every aspect of the experience. Because the effectiveness of the residency program is highly dependent on seamless coordination between 4CMI, churches, nonprofits, and the mentors that serve our students, it is important for everyone to be on the same page regarding expectations.

This resource page is designed to provide you quick and easy access to all of the information, guidelines, and tools you need to maximize your resident’s spiritual and professional growth during the two-year program.

If you cannot find a resource, if you have questions about the residency program, or if you need help with a residency-related issue, please contact Donovan Weber or Amy Santen at admin@4CMinistries.org.
