Born and raised in north central Indiana, I came to Cincinnati to study Bible and church leadership. I went on to work with and lead churches in Indiana, Kentucky, California and Ohio. I have worked with all kinds of churches over the years: traditional rural congregations, youth churches, missional churches, multi-site churches and mega churches. I have been living and working on the Westside of Cincinnati since 2008. In 2020, I and a few friends started a small network of micro-churches focused on missional disciple-making. I have been married to my wife Jen for more than 25 years. I have three kids, two daughter-in-laws, and two dogs. If you can’t find me, I may be reading book, at the movies, listening to some old school Jazz, or sitting in my favorite spot at my local coffee shop.
