4C Ministry Institute is a nonprofit ministry that empowers churches and Christian nonprofits by training exceptional leaders who are biblical, experienced, and sustainable in ministry. We accomplish our mission by delivering classroom courses, hands-on residency experiences, and discipleship training at zero cost to the student.
We specialize in helping people just like you navigate their journey in ministry – from call to commission.
CALL • 4CMI empowers students to pursue the calling on their life placed there by the Holy Spirit and teaches them through academic courses.
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” – Romans 12:2
CULTIVATE • 4CMI leads students through the process of becoming a disciple who makes disciples.
“One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God. When morning came, he called his disciples to him and chose twelve of them, whom he also designated apostles.” – Luke 6:12
COACH • Students are coached in ministry by receiving hands on experience and learning from a proven leader or mentor.
“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” – Ephesians 4:11-13
COMMISSION • Students graduate 100% debt free being equipped, trained, and experienced ready to start their ministry journey.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”- Matthew 28:19-20
